1. Pour out the liquid nitrogen directly:

However, when using this method, be careful that the liquid nitrogen is spilled onto the skin, which will cause problems. Large liquid nitrogen tanks are difficult to operate by one person, and you need to use a pressure device (liquid nitrogen pump). Liquid nitrogen pressed out.
2. Liquid nitrogen pump:
Close the door for filling liquid and discharge liquid (turn the meter in the direction of the counter until it is tightened), insert the nitrogen pump into the liquid grip, and turn the lock nut in a clockwise direction to tighten the lock nut, so that the tight ring will be closed by the gas and the container. The neck tube is tight (tighten by hand); otherwise, the liquid nitrogen pump can be taken out of the liquid nitrogen container.
Step on the air pump with your foot several times, and the liquid nitrogen can flow out.
Note: This device can only be used on jars with a diameter of 50mm.
3. By self-pressurizationLiquid nitrogen machine infusion:
(1), close the vent valve; (2), open the booster valve; (3), observe the pressure gauge; (4), when the pressure rises to 0.05MPa (0.5kc/cm2) (or reaches the required operating pressure) ), open the liquid outlet valve, and the infusion can be continued.
Principle: Use a small amount of liquid nitrogen in the tank to vaporize to generate pressure, so that the container can automatically discharge liquid nitrogen. , so as to replenish liquid nitrogen for other containers.
Special Note:
1. Liquid nitrogen is a colorless, odorless, liquid gas at minus 196°C. Contact with bare skin can cause personal injury and can also cause common materials (such as plastic, carbon steel and rubber, etc.) to break; so be careful when using liquid nitrogen.
2. In order to store liquid nitrogen for a long time, it is generally stored in the designated liquid nitrogen machine container, and do not use household vacuum bottles or other thermos bottles. Unsuitable containers may crack or spill liquid nitrogen, causing unnecessary injury.
