Here are some winter drainage measures for some ultra-low temperature refrigeration equipment :
1. Condenser: After closing the water pipe, open the end cover plug or ball valve on the other end of the water pipe, open it, pay attention to the end cover screws, and install the end cover screws before starting the machine. (Remember: Do not do this to the evaporator drain!!!).
The condenser adopts water-cooled heat exchange equipment, and it should be replaced with antifreeze.
2. Evaporator or water tank: After closing the water pipe, open the drain valve at the bottom of the evaporator and open the exhaust port at the upper end to drain the water. When the unit is not in use for a long time, the drain valve should be kept in a normally open state, and it should be closed before starting the machine. Hydrate. The water tank only needs to close the water supply port and open the drain port to drain the water.
3. Ultra-low temperature refrigeration equipment pipeline and water pump: After the water pump is stopped, drain the water at the lower part of the pipeline and the water pump.
The above operations are applicable to the low temperature and constant temperature reaction bath where the refrigerant is water. If the refrigerant needs to be emptied for storage, it is necessary to rinse the water tank coil or evaporator with clean water while draining the refrigerant, and place the water in the shell and tube evaporator water circuit. The side is filled with nitrogen with 2bar pressure for protection to prevent corrosion caused by the reaction between the refrigerant and the air when stored for a long time.
