self-pressurizationAttention should be paid to the use of liquid nitrogen machines in these situations!
The self-pressurized liquid nitrogen machine is mainly used for indoor static storage of liquid nitrogen, and is not suitable for long-distance transportation under working conditions.
1. In order to ensure the reliability of the liquid nitrogen tank, the container can only be filled with liquid nitrogen.
2. During the infusion process, water and frost will form on the outer surface, which is a normal phenomenon. When the booster valve is opened, the work is improved, due to the inner wall of the outer cylinder of the booster coil, the outer cylinder will absorb the heat of the coil to evaporate the liquid to achieve the purpose of increasing the pressure, and there may be spots of frost on the outer cylinder. After closing the booster valve, the frost spots will slowly disperse. When the booster valve is closed and the infusion is not carried out, there is water and frost on the outer surface of the container, indicating that the vacuum degree of the container has been destroyed and can no longer be used. Factory repair or scrap disposal should be sought.
3. When not in use for a long time, please empty and dry the liquid medium in the tank, and then close all valves to seal. Before filling the liquid medium, the lining of the container, all valves and pipes should be blown dry with dry air, otherwise the pipes will freeze and block, which will affect the pressurization and infusion.
4. Liquid nitrogen is an ultra-low temperature liquid (-196 ℃), splashing on the skin will cause frostbite similar to burns. Therefore, special attention should be paid when filling and removing liquid nitrogen.
5. Due to the large calorific value, the liquid is filled first, and the heat balance time is long. It can be pre-cooled with a small amount of liquid medium first, and then slowly filled with liquid, so that it is not easy to form ice cubes.
6. The self-pressure liquid nitrogen machine is mainly used to transport and store liquid medium, and can also be used as a cold source for other refrigeration devices. The container is composed of a bushing, a shell and an instrument valve. The upper pressure gauge can easily observe the bushing pressure. In order to improve the ... performance of the container, a ... valve is used.
7. In order to reduce the loss of liquid filling in the future, please refill the liquid nitrogen machine when there is still a small amount of liquid in the machine. Or refill the liquid within 48 hours of use.
8. The equipment belongs to instruments and meters and should be used lightly. The valve opening force should not be too slow and the speed should not be too fast; especially when the metal hose is connected to the inlet/outlet valve connection, it should not be tightened too hard. It can be screwed in place with a little force to avoid twisting the pipe or even breaking, and hold the valve body with one hand when twisting.
9. When the valve is not used for a long time, the exhaust valve should be opened to avoid damage to the container due to the increase of nitrogen pressure caused by the long-term closure of the valve;
10. The room where the liquid nitrogen machine is stored for a long time should be ventilated with open windows and good ventilation.
